So Sophisticated So Exotic So Relaxed

I receive great feedback about this Library !

If I weren't so obsessed with aesthetics, I would post pages of Before Pics taken at every angle in every room on this site; however, for the interested client, I am more than willing to share these photos privately.

In accordance with my client's request for a more Unconventional Library floor plan, I rendered a cozy exotic haven using grass cloth to cover the walls. Repeating texture with the hyacynth sea grass swivel tub chairs set around a wok-inspired glass cocktail table, the stage was nearly set. All the moldings, doorways, and doors were faux-painted to imitate a rich dark Walnut grain, while I designed a vaulted ceiling effect using Walnut stained applied ceiling molding to mimic the geometric square motif commonly used in Asian designs. A darker granier grass cloth was effectively used inside these vaulted ceiling squares.

Exoticism is expressed everywhere here as an African motif linen fabric frames the faux-painted Paladian windows and French door. A rich distressed Walnut Entertainment Center accomodates the floor space and wall elevation perfectly, not to mention how the Asian and British Colonial style of this piece couldn't be more fitting amidst the eclectic exotic mix.

Timeless in age, Classic by style....
Room Designs that ALWAYS endure!
